Nico Pesci

Founder & CEO

Coming from a family of immigrants, Nico was taught from a young age that perseverance and tenacity make it impossible for the world to keep its doors closed. That spirit, passed down through his grandmother who came to this country by herself at the age of 16, shaped Nico’s belief that everyone deserves the confidence and tenacity to pursue the things that matter most.

That belief was made stronger when Nico watched his parents struggle to keep their retirement savings during the 2008 financial crisis. The following year, Nico founded Momentum Wealth to help people like his parents build the confidence they need to enjoy the retirement they deserve.

With a deep focus on creating efficient retirement plans, helping clients adapt to volatile economic environments and an unwavering commitment to personal service, Nico has created a leading advisor firm that maintains the atmosphere and attention of a small family office. To ensure that environment will always be a cornerstone of Momentum, Nico works hard to foster deeper client relationships by offering client education, appreciation and charity events.

Though Nico loved every step of his journey founding and growing Momentum, his favorite part will always be seeing clients realize that everything they’ve sacrificed was worth it—now they have the plan and confidence to enjoy every minute of their hard-earned retirement.

Danielle Manning

Director of Events and Marketing

Danielle has been the Director of Events and Marketing since 2020.

In this role, she oversees the planning of all events for Momentum Wealth, including multiple client education and appreciation events each year. These events are key to ensuring both new and existing clients feel involved, appreciated, and have access to ongoing education.

Danielle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Hospitality from Utah Valley University.

Growing up playing soccer and competing in gymnastics, Danielle also loves to travel and do outdoorsy things—especially with her husband, daughter and golden retriever, Finn.

Brooke Carney

Director of Operations

Brooke is the Chief Operations Officer for Momentum Wealth, handling day-to-day business management and system implantation with the highest levels of quality and professionalism.

Brooke is married to the love of her life and has a beautiful daughter. She is passionate about helping others and finding solutions in our ever-changing world.

Additionally, Brooke is a lover of animals. She also loves the outdoors and food—some would call her a chips and salsa aficionado.

Jael Glauser

Director of New Business

Jael is the Director of New Business for Momentum Wealth. In this role, she uses her attention to detail to complete the new business process thoroughly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of communication with the client.

In her free time, Jael loves time outdoors, DIY projects and cooking the home-grown food that comes from her garden. She also loves traveling and seeing the world with her husband, Jay, who she married in 2016, and spending time with her two dogs, Topper and Lyla.

Drew Shockley

Advisor Solutions

As a member of the Advisor Solutions team with Momentum Wealth, Drew is dedicated to educating and supporting each client in the pursuit of their unique financial goals though his strong sense of purpose and unwavering commitment to integrity and excellence.

A graduate of the University of Texas, Drew’s academic foundation is complemented by 13 years of service to the Air Force and another 7 years in industry where he cultivated operational leadership and strategic thinking. His journey in healthcare concluded with Intuitive clinical sales, where he advocated for the value and trained surgeons in robotic-assisted minimally invasive DaVinci surgery.

Drew embodies a fulfilling personal life as a devoted husband and proud father of five children, accompanied by the delightful addition of a mini Goldendoodle named Finley.  In his personal time, Drew loves to cook and maintains an active lifestyle by flipping tires and swinging kettlebells. He also has an affinity for a perfectly seared ribeye, German dog commands, and mountain adventures with the family.

Jason Goold

Lead Service Advisor

Jason is the Lead Service Advisor for Momentum Wealth.

Jason has received Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Economics from Brigham Young University-Idaho before he started his career with Fidelity Investments in 2013 in Fort Worth, Texas. He walked clients through all aspects of their financial journey from helping teenagers open up there first brokerage account, to helping ultra-high net worth clients achieve their financial goals.

During his time at Fidelity Investments, he obtained a Masters in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech. After spending over a decade at Fidelity Investments, Jason was brought onboard to Momentum Wealth as the Lead Service Advisor helping clients develop and maintain their plans

In his free time Jason likes to spend time with his Wife and three boys. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf.

Jessica Simpson

Director of Client Services

Jessica is the Director of Client Connection and Services for Momentum Wealth.

Using her 20+ years experience in the customer service industry, Jessica is the ideal Director of Client Connection and Services. She has a love for helping others and uses that to deliver the personalized experience clients deserve.

She started in mortgage/title, went to nursing school and then back to the housing industry. Though she left nursing, Jessica continued to follow her passion for helping others by working as a birth doula.

Away from work, Jessica loves food, crafts, and DIY projects. She is always smiling and initiating dance parties with our team.

She, most of all, enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son and two fur babies, Roxie and Ruby.

Madisen Remer

Seminar Manager

Madisen manages all dinner and educational seminars for Momentum Wealth, ensuring clients and guests have an unforgettable experience while learning how they can take everything they have and turn it into everything they want through proper planning.

On a personal level, Madisen’s creative spirit shows through in her love of pottery, painting and exploring diverse culinary cuisines and creations. She and her husband, Seth, also enjoy watching shows together and spending time on a beach whenever possible.

Rhen Brown

President

With 15 years of dedicated entrepreneurship, Rhen Brown operates as the President of Momentum Wealth.

A key highlight of Rhen’s career foundation is the commitment to fostering growth through a dedicated focus on customer service and empowering the client experience. Rhen enjoys collaborating on strategies that focus on a smooth user experience and a dedication to giving confidence and freedom to client wealth expansion.

With his wife of 20 years, Rhen finds joy and support in their family of six, which includes four wild and free children. His ideal weekend is a day at his hometown beach in South Carolina followed by his family packed in the stands at Truist Park watching the Atlanta Braves.

Taryn Nielsen

Executive Administrative Assistant

Taryn is the Executive Administrative Assistant at Momentum Wealth. With over 15 years of experience, she offers dedicated and personable customer service to every client. Taryn works collaboratively with her team members to support and help attain the collective goals of the company and each department. 

Taryn earned a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Southern Utah University. Away from the office, she loves to crochet, bake chocolate chip cookies, and watch movies with her husband.
